Montie spent the last 30 years working in the airline industry, leading him to the position of CEO at Air Canada between 2004 and 2009. During his time at Air Canada, he designed and implemented a new commercial model based on a simplified and value-based fare structure (often referred to as branded fares, or fare families) that is becoming the model of choice for most global airlines. He also played a key role in the foundation and launch of the Star Alliance.
Currently on the boards of Allegiant and SWISS (and formerly on the board of Aer Lingus), Montie is bringing a wealth of industry expertise and an extensive network of airline contacts that will prove decisive in our journey towards establishing flyiin as the champion brand in online air travel.
